Liquid's Best of Maldives 2012 season, not bad considering it's not from the main areas of the Maldives (male atolls).
It's a bit of a catch 22 situation for us. On one side we could tell people and market where we surf and sell more trips. The problem with this is the other boats will find out and our uncrowded surfs will be a thing of the past. Or we can just keep to ourselves and let the surf travel companies make ridiculous claims about themselves and sell a whole bunch of trips because of this.
I think in our position as an actual Maldives surf charter operator the reality is all we care about is trying to find our small client base the best waves on offer in the country. It's not about bums on seats in our business it's just about surfing in amazing locations in the Maldives.
